Community Guidelines
Unisciti a noi e contribuisci a rendere Clashando ancora più attivo e sicuro!
Clashando is a community-driven platform built around the idea of players helping other players. Our goal is to provide a friendly, informative, and respectful space for discussing Clash of Clans, strategies, updates, and community initiatives.
To protect this environment, all users are required to follow these guidelines. Clashando reserves the right to edit, remove, or block content and users that violate these rules, applying warnings, suspensions, or bans where appropriate.
1. General Communication
Respect other users
Behind every username is a real person. Treat others with respect at all times, especially when opinions differ.
- Insults, harassment, threats, or demeaning language are not tolerated.
- Attacking ideas is allowed; attacking people is not.
Violations may result in warning points being assigned under the Clashando moderation system.
Stand by what you write
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and everyone else is equally entitled to disagree.
- Do not expect universal agreement.
- Accept differing viewpoints gracefully.
- Avoid repeating the same arguments endlessly just to “win” a discussion.
If a discussion becomes unproductive, agree to disagree and move on.
Maintain a friendly and constructive tone
Even when you do not know other participants personally, interactions should remain friendly, informal, and constructive.
Toxic behavior, flame wars, or deliberate provocation may lead to moderation actions.
Write clearly and understandably
Clear communication is a sign of respect.
- Use reasonable spelling and grammar.
- Avoid excessive formatting, colors, or all-caps.
- Use paragraphs to improve readability.
“Typing fast” or being in a hurry is not a valid excuse for unreadable content.
Be aware of misinterpretation
Written communication lacks tone, facial expressions, and gestures.
- Irony and sarcasm are often misunderstood and should be used with caution.
- Statements that may seem humorous to you can feel offensive to others.
- Emojis are not a reliable substitute for clarity.
Use abbreviations sparingly
Common abbreviations are acceptable, but avoid excessive or obscure shorthand.
Remember that forum posts may be read by users years later and should remain understandable.
2. Unwanted Content
Clashando focuses on Clash of Clans–related topics. Content outside this scope may be removed at the discretion of the staff.
No marketplace activity
- Buying, selling, trading, or gifting Clash of Clans accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Requests or offers involving accounts, services, or licenses are not allowed.
Such violations are considered serious and may result in immediate sanctions.
No advertising or unauthorized promotion
Advertising of any kind is not allowed, including:
- Websites, services, products, Discord servers, clans, or referral links
Exception:
A single link in the user signature may be allowed if it is directly related to Clash of Clans and approved by staff.
No copyright infringement
- Do not post content or links that violate copyright laws.
- Do not encourage or instruct others to infringe copyrights.
No political or religious discussions
Clashando is not the appropriate place for political or religious debates. Such content will be removed to keep discussions focused and inclusive.
3. Signatures, Avatars, and Profiles
Signatures
- Must not disrupt reading flow
- Minimal formatting only
- Maximum height: 5 lines
- No links, unless explicitly permitted by staff
Avatars and profile images
- Must not infringe trademarks or image rights
- You may not use photos of other people (friends, relatives, or strangers)
Images must be appropriate for all ages
(no nudity, sexualized, or explicit content)
4. Warning System
Clashando uses a points-based warning system to enforce these guidelines fairly and transparently.
- Each rule violation may result in warning points
- Points have a limited duration and expire automatically
- Points accumulate and trigger progressive sanctions
Sanction thresholds
- 6 points → 24-hour suspension
- 9 points → 7-day suspension
- 12 points → 30-day suspension
- 15 points → Permanent ban
Certain serious violations (cheating, account trading, privacy violations, sanction evasion) may result in immediate suspension or ban, regardless of points.
The moderation team may also reduce or remove points in case of errors or sustained positive behavior.
5. Final Notes
Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and ensure a positive experience for all users.
Staff decisions regarding moderation, warnings, suspensions, and bans are final.
By using Clashando, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and the associated warning system.
